Can you tell me more about the Instant Savings option?
Releasing exclusive savings offers to users of the Shop The Rock app attracts consumers to your business and gives them a extra reason to shop at your store or choose your business. The InstaSave option is perfect for businesses that usually only service a client/customer once or twice, or that want to attract customers to a specific product or service they offer. The exclusive offer is valid as long as it is live in the app, and businesses may change their offer any time. Customers show the Instant Savings page in the app to claim the offer at the store/business.
Can you tell me more about the Loyalty Rewards option?
Business owners can quickly and easily launch their own loyalty reward program within the Shop The Rock app. This allows businesses to show appreciation to repeat customers without needing to integrate a complicated and costly reward system on their own. We set up your own rewards page in the app which is linked to your custom QR code that we generate and provide you. Each business can define the parameters of their reward – for example, what qualifies for a scan, how many scans are required to unlock the reward, whether it’s ongoing or for a specified time period, etc. Customers use the Shop The Rock app to scan the QR code at the business, and once they have reached the reward level they show the business’ loyalty page in the app to claim their reward. Our Loyalty Reward option is the perfect way to give customers another reason to keep coming back to your business.
Can I change my listing in the app?
Yes, send us an email to request a change to your Instant Savings or Loyalty Reward offer, your logo or business contact information any time; the cost is $25. You get extra exposure every time you change your Instant Savings offer, as we send a notification to app users informing them of the newest offer in the app.
Where can I read the advertiser agreement / terms?
The most recent advertiser agreement is incorporated into the sign up form, and can also be found on the terms page of our parent company.
